Ingredients: one fresh (dried) mushroom and one egg.
Ingredients: onion, ginger, cooking oil, salt, thirteen spices, chicken powder and raw powder.
Method:
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into 12.5px filaments (dried mushrooms need to be soaked in advance), and cut the onion and ginger into powder for later use.
Put the eggs, minced onion and ginger and shredded mushrooms together, add proper amount of salt, thirteen spices, chicken powder and raw powder and stir well.
Heat the oil to 80% heat, add shredded mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

Mushroom meatballs
Ingredients: pork belly, mushrooms, eggs.
Ingredients: onion, ginger, cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, thirteen spices, chicken powder, raw powder.
Method:
Chop pork belly into mud, wash and chop mushrooms (dried mushrooms need to be soaked in advance), and mince onions and ginger.
Beat in the eggs, add some salt, soy sauce, thirteen spices and chicken powder and stir well.
The pills are gathered and coated with a layer of raw powder.
When the oil is heated to 60%, put the meatballs in the pot, fry until golden brown, and remove the excess oil.
Hook the sauce and stew for 5 minutes. When the meatballs are cooked, they can be served.
Features: the taste is tender and smooth, with a bite, and the teeth and cheeks remain fragrant.
Sanjun decoction
Ingredients: Lentinus edodes, Auricularia auricula, Flammulina velutipes, minced meat.
Ingredients: salt, chicken powder, ginger, raw flour, coriander and sesame oil.
Exercise:
Wash and shred mushrooms (dried mushrooms need to be soaked in advance), and shred ginger.
After the water is boiled, add minced meat, shredded mushrooms, fungus, Flammulina velutipes and shredded ginger.
Add proper amount of raw flour, salt and chicken powder, and take out the pot after 3 minutes.
Add coriander and drizzle with sesame oil.
