vegetarian sauerkraut steamed dumplings (super delicious but not greasy) Steps
1. Prepare a sour cabbage first.
2.? Chop the sour cabbage!
3.? Drain the chopped sour cabbage (it is best to dry it by hand, and it must be very dry)
4. Pour oil into the pot. (normally, it is enough to cover the amount of oil in jiaozi)
5. When the soybean oil is hot, add one-third of the meat oil, completely melt the meat oil, turn off the fire, put the oil aside, and use it after it is completely cooled.
6.? Chop the prepared Mao Cong and scallion for later use.
7.? Enlarge the sauce, soy sauce, salt, vegetarian food and thirteen spices in the basin, pour in two tablespoons of hot water and mix well. (The soy sauce is pickled in my own home, if there is no soy sauce to replace it)
8. Put the cool oil, sauerkraut and chopped green onion into a basin and stir.
9.? Mix the dough, the dough should be slightly softer (because it is steamed dumplings, the dough should be slightly softer to taste), wrap it, boil it in a steamer and steam it for 13 minutes.
1.? Steamed and served.
Tips
The soy sauce mentioned in the ingredients is pickled in my own home. If not, I can use soy sauce instead.
