Mr. Hu Xuan was born in Jingmen, Hubei in 1985. He has a college degree and graduated from Hubei Jingmen Experimental High School with a major in cooking. He later studied in the catering management major of Shandong Oriental Cuisine College. He has successively taught cooking skills and practical management theories to teachers such as Li Jiahong, Zhang Yi, Zhang Jinhua, Lai Jianquan, Zhou Zhongting, Xu Baoliang, Wang Jingtao, Liu Haibo, etc. He is now a member of the China Sunshine Catering Agents Alliance and awarded the Intermediate Catering Industry Professional Manager by the China Cuisine Association.
