Shenyang General Park is a park located in the west of Shenyang, Liaoning Province. It covers an area of about 6 hectares and was built in 1992. The park was originally the Shuangta Mountain Garden and Jiupu Garden, the imperial forbidden gardens in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and was later converted into a park to commemorate General Zhang Xueliang, the founding general of China People's Liberation Army and an honorary citizen of Shenyang.
