Suddenly, I really miss the food in my hometown. I thought of some and share them first.

Wheat flour pancakes, I like to eat them rolled with fresh leeks, but I feel uncomfortable in my stomach if I eat too much.

I heard from my dad that there used to be a guy in my village who had a big appetite. He would fry a whole hairtail on a griddle and then roll it in a pancake and eat it. It was so bold!

Enjoyable!

Purslane (called "Mazhong vegetable" in my house), boil water, mash some garlic with a garlic mortar, add some soy sauce, sesame oil, MSG and so on, the taste is amazing!

Bean lentils (a kind of kidney bean) are stewed with pork belly and potatoes. Be sure to add star anise.

Fragrant and delicious!

The stir-fried pork is different from the Hunan chili stir-fried pork. The ingredients we use are coriander (old coriander, a relatively strong coriander, like celery when it was young) and shredded pork stir-fried with coriander.

This special little taste is really addictive, beautiful!

Grasshoppers, when I was a child, I would go to the ridge of my hometown to pounce on grasshoppers (the most delicious one is a kind of grasshopper called Dengdengshan, also known as Dengdaoshan, because the hind legs are thick and can jump very far, so it is difficult to pounce).

Marinate it and fry it, then take a sip of Jingzhi Laobaigan, it’s so comfortable!

Is there anything the same as what you're missing?
