1. Stone cake: Stone cake is a unique snack in Shanxi.
It is popular in Yuncheng, Yongji, Linfen and Fenyang areas of Shanxi Province. It is mostly made in large quantities during the Mid-Autumn Festival for home consumption.
2. Lintong Fire Crystal Persimmon: Lintong Fire Crystal Persimmon is the best persimmon. It has an oblate fruit shape, a vermilion surface, thin and seedless skin, fine and smooth skin, dark red flesh, honey, and delicious taste.
