Fresh water tofu
Ingredients: 1/2 box of water tofu, a small amount of green onions, a small amount of bonito flakes, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of black sesame oil. Method: 1. Pour the water tofu into a plate, wash it with ice boiling water and reserve it for later use. 2. First, cut the onions into slices. 3. Sprinkle the bonito flakes and green onions on top of the water tofu, and pour the light soy sauce over it. How to stir-fry shredded pork with baby greens: Clean the baby greens, pinch into long sections, and tear off the thick skin of the stems. Cut the lean pork meat into slices and then into shreds.
