Feelings and experiences of holding an Entrepreneurship Street in the school
Later stage of the activity
1. The staff summarized the activities in order to better improve the organizational form and select the winners. Award stall owners and announce commendations.
2. Prepare for the next Youth Entrepreneurship Street.
Finally, summarize the successes and shortcomings of the activity.
1. The work of the event was completed as scheduled, such as applying for tables and chairs, making business licenses, sorting out stall owner information, etc. The staff actively cooperated and worked together. The event can be carried out smoothly without the help of the e-commerce department. This is also a good demonstration of cooperation between various departments of the society.
2. Due to the good early publicity, many freshmen were attracted to participate, and 32 registration forms were received. And we also intend to encourage 11th-grade members, so we recommend the two stalls after screening The owner cooperates with other selected stall owners. However, when the event was launched, some stall owners still could not prepare sufficient supply in time and decided not to participate. The number of stalls has increased to 28; the stall owner has a single source of goods, and there are 8 stalls for electronic products, which increases its competitiveness and reduces its richness. After learning from this lesson, I decided to listen to teacher Liu Yi’s advice and promote it to various colleges on the Jinjiling campus. I believe that the next event will attract more people to sign up and add new stall owner ideas to make the event more exciting.
3. The stall owner is particularly talented and uses a lot of creativity, such as: hanging advertisements, "Stall Owner's Broken Love Sale", naming the stall "Jiji Town", and hanging scarves in an orderly manner, which makes people Refreshing. The stall owners open their stalls in a civilized manner and treat customers with great enthusiasm. The sales volume is also good, most of them have sales of thousands, and the overall turnover exceeds 30,000 yuan, achieving the expected goal of starting a business.
4. The stall owners actively cooperated with the staff's arrangements, did a good job in hygiene, and no serious problems occurred. Some stall owners go to the dormitory to get chairs and a place for activities, which is difficult to manage. Next time, I will seriously remind stall owners that they are not allowed to bring tables and chairs without permission.
5. During the two days of the event, all the staff assigned to work were on time, people were on duty at the base camp, the grading work was completed in time, and the night watch work was also completed well. This kind of unity and cooperation has increased Mutual assistance and accountability within the department.
6. This time, the arrangement of the stalls has been slightly adjusted. The previous cross arrangement has been replaced by a serial arrangement. The stalls in each area are in a row, which makes it convenient for students to shop and score. It is also easy for people to register. But there are still some shortcomings. The stall owners are dissatisfied with the area division of the stalls. We will re-plan the next event and strive to do better.
7. The event was carried out smoothly, but there were still details. For example: organizing stall owner information, a few stall owners’ names and other information were written incorrectly. I hope they will check carefully next time before publishing the information; during the count of moving chairs and tables, make a new plan and record the information of each stall owner. number so that complete statistics can be obtained when moving back; it is best to do all the work in advance, do not be in a hurry when the time is up, and loopholes may occur.
8. New members can put forward their own opinions when holding the Entrepreneurship Street. For example: the format of the activity has been extended for five years and is a bit monotonous. They should come up with more innovative ideas and think that they can be used with other companies in the future. Cooperate with societies to organize activities such as food courts. We will accept more new ideas and make the event more exciting.
The above is a summary of the activities. If we have problems, we will change them. If we don’t, we will work harder and strive to do better next time!
