In November 2006, the first Xiangshan Seafood Qingjing Restaurant opened on Hedong Road.

In August 2008, Xiangshan Seafood Qingjing Restaurant completed its first plan to expand its business area, determined the direction of future development, and contacted Xiangshan and Wenling fishermen to supply Qingjing Restaurant every day.

In December 2009, the second Xiangshan Seafood Qingjing Restaurant Gushui store opened and the business idea of ??geoduck special sales was determined.

In December 2010, the third Xiangshan Seafood and Qingjing Seafood Kunlun store opened and the Qingjing catering chain was established.

In July 2011, Qingjing Catering Chain created the second brand of Qingjing Catering, Qingjing Lane (Hedong Branch), at the address of the original store.
