Brief introduction of Bilson beer
Bilson beer was first produced in 1842, and it is also the most famous low-alcohol fermented beer in the world. It is named after Bilson Brewery in Bohemia, Czech Republic, and is sometimes called Bierce. So far, Bilson Brewery is gradually modernizing, but it still retains some old systems to make truly typical Bilson beer. Bilsen-style beer is brewed all over the world. Although great changes have taken place in different countries and regions, it is still promoted as Bilson beer. The color of modern Bilson beer varies from light yellow to golden yellow, and the spices and tastes used are also different: for example, in the Czech Republic, Bilson beer is generally light, while the taste of Bilson beer produced in Germany is often bitter (especially in North Germany, where Bilson beer is popular), and sometimes it even tastes like earth. The famous German Bilson beer brands are: flensburg, Baker, Fort Bitterburg, Fort Fausten, wilting, K & ampouml, Nigel Pearson, Croon Basie, Radberger, Hallsten, Vostana, Henninge and Werner Gruna. Dutch beer (Heineken, Amsterdam) and Belgian beer (Jupiler, Stella Artois) are equally famous in the world, and they are often evaluated as slightly sweet.
