Dongsheng Town, Shuangliu County, is famous for its delicacies. Shaokun soft-shelled turtle, Li Jie’s Rice Porridge King, Lao Ma’s Rabbit Head, etc. are all traditional and well-known dishes; Zhouji Tongluo Roast Duck may even put Beijing Roast Duck to shame!
