Hot-dry noodles originate from Wuhan (well known to everyone on earth), but they took root and grew up in the magical land of Xinyang. The Xinyang hot-dry noodles (hereinafter referred to as Xinre) are generally made similar to Wuhan hot-dry noodles.
The noodles (hereinafter referred to as Wure) are the same, but Xinre has qianjang and bean sprouts at the end, and a spoonful of chicken soup is added. It doesn’t taste as dry as Wure, and the taste is more delicious than Wure.
