1. Ingredients: scorpion 1 000g, 3 shallots, 3 ginger slices, 8 garlic slices, 2 fragrant leaves, 2 star anise, 4 cinnamon 1, 4 pepper, 4 green pepper, 20 dried peppers, 50g coriander, 20g soybean sauce, and red tofu/kloc.
2. Wash the scorpion and blanch it in clear water.
3. Then take it out and drain it.
4. Heat the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add scallion, ginger slices, garlic, fragrant leaves, cinnamon, star anise, pepper and dried pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Then add soybean sauce, fermented bean curd, bean paste, crystal sugar, soy sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
6. Add the sheep scorpion.
7. Add water to drown the scorpion.
8. After boiling, cover and stew 1 hour.
9. Then add salt, stir well, and add coriander.
