Ningbo Haishu Nanyuan Community cannot be demolished. Ningbo Haishu Nanyuan Community is located in the south of Duantang Street, Haishu District, Ningbo City. Founded in February, 1996. It is formed by the merger of Nanyuan neighborhood committee, Zhuyuan neighborhood committee and Meiyuan neighborhood committee. By 2024129, Nanyuan South District and Wen Qi Garden have been identified as key projects for old renovation, which means that there will be no new buildings and demolition, but existing facilities will change. Haishu Nanyuan Community, with a total area of 22.76 square kilometers, has jurisdiction over two communities, namely, the south and the north, with a total of 3,507 households with more than 8,700 people. The community is a typical urban-rural fringe community, with units such as Duantang Hospital Nanyuan Branch, Nanyuan Farmers' Market, Wenyushun Kindergarten and Sanjiang Shopping Center, which bring convenience to residents' daily life.
