Haishan Township is located in Yueqing Bay in the northwest of Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. It is surrounded by the sea on all sides, facing Chumen Peninsula to the east, Yucheng Street and Lupu Town of Yuhuan Island to the south, Yueqing City to the west, and Wenling City to the north across the sea.

The township government is located at No. 31 Haifeng.

It is about 14 kilometers away from the county seat by land and water, with a total area of ??81.26 square kilometers. It is an important mariculture town in Yuhuan County. Due to water pollution from Yuqing City and Wenling City on Yueqing Bay and other factors, marine resources are decreasing year by year.
