Jinfo Mountain

Jinfo Mountain is located in sanquan town, Nanchuan District, Chongqing. It is named because the mountain in the scenic spot looks like a reclining Buddha and shines brightly in the sunlight. It is not only a 5A-level tourist attraction, but also a world natural heritage. It is also a representative landscape of Taiyuan karst in the world, and one of the four famous mountains in Bashu, with the highest elevation of 238 meters.

Xuebaoshan in Kaixian County

Xuebaoshan National Forest Park in Kaixian County, with the highest elevation of 2626 meters. The annual average temperature is 6-11℃, the lowest temperature is MINUS 11℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 31℃. Snow can last for about 3 months all the year round. There are a large number of rare animals and plants inhabiting the mountain, especially the discovery of the trace of the South China tiger and the living fossil Thuja. In Chongqing, where there is little snow, the snow mountain in winter is the most refreshing for the citizens. The essence of the snow scene is Shiliping Farm.

Black Valley

Wansheng Black Valley is known as "the most beautiful health valley in China", which is the most well-preserved natural scenic spot in Chongqing. However, if you want to see the snow scene in the Black Valley scenic spot, it is not in the canyon of the scenic spot, but high outside the central scenic spot. Laoheishan area is a huge virgin forest, and it is a rare mixed forest of conifers and broadleaved trees in the south. Snowflakes fly almost every winter.

3. Because of the good primitive ecology, some wild animals, such as wild boar and bobcats, haunt the forests in the Old Black Mountain area, so tourists are advised not to play at night.

Youyang Peach Blossom Garden

The world only knows the Peach Blossom Garden, with its traffic, houses and full of peach blossoms, which is a good place to enjoy flowers and escape the summer. But in winter, the Peach Blossom Garden presents another beautiful scene, and the mountain springs condense into ice and form icicles on the rock wall, which is a unique scenery of the Peach Blossom Garden. Jinyun Mountain

Located on the Jialing River in Beibei, Jinyun Mountain is the highest place in Chongqing, with an altitude of nearly 1111 meters. Although Jinyun Mountain does not have large snowflakes every winter, it is often covered with snow in the coldest winter. Therefore, Jinyun Mountain is the closest place to the main city to enjoy the snow.

snowfall time: it is possible to snow from February every year to October of the following year, and there is often snow on the top of the mountain in the coldest winter.

2. There are many hotels, holiday centers and farmhouses in the scenic area, and accommodation is very convenient. You need to book in advance in the peak season.

Nanshan

Nanshan on the south bank of Chongqing, formerly known as "Tu Shan", is an anticline mountain located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in Chongqing. It is a part of Tongluo Mountain, the remaining vein of Huaying Mountain. It starts from Tongluo Gorge in the north and ends at Jinzhugou in the south. It is a 5A-level scenic spot.

snowfall time: because of the altitude and its location in the main city, you can't see the snow scene every year.

recommended play: a tree observation deck to see the night view of Chongqing and a hot spring in Nanshan
