Ingredients: 1 chicken, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 10 grams of garlic, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 5 dried chili peppers, 10 grams of rock sugar, 1 green pepper, 1 chive, 100 grams of bamboo shoots, a little salt,
2 star anise grains, 5 grams of ginger, 100 grams of shiitake mushrooms.
First, blanch the prepared whole chicken in boiling water, as shown in the picture below.
Second, use a kitchen knife to cut the whole chicken into small pieces and put it in a basin for later use, as shown in the picture below.
3. Wash the mushrooms, cut the green peppers into small pieces, wash and cut the garlic, chives, and bamboo shoots into sections, and prepare the dried chili peppers.
4. Put the ginger slices into the chicken pieces, add soy sauce, salt, rice wine, and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes, as shown in the picture below.
5. After the pot is hot, add oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, and star anise, as shown in the picture below.
6. Pour in the marinated chicken pieces, add mushrooms and bamboo shoots, pour in oil, add rock sugar, and add water to cover the chicken pieces.
7. Press the grilled chicken button and it will braise automatically for 30 minutes.
Add green pepper and mix well.
8. After taking it out of the pot, put it on a plate to cool for a while, then the braised chicken is ready.
