Qingtuanzi, a traditional delicacy in every traditional festival in my country, has its own historical background. During the Qingming Festival, there is a custom of eating green dumplings in Jiangnan area. In addition to Qingtuan dumplings, there are some other traditional delicacies in some areas of my country that everyone will enjoy during the Qingming Festival. There is a custom of eating rice dumplings during Qingming Festival in various parts of the north and south of my country. "Sanzi" is a fried food, crispy and delicate, and was called "Han Ju" in ancient times. The dumplings are convenient and easy to make. Use flour, add a little salt and seasonings, mix with water, and knead into a dough. Then roll it into strips and sprinkle some rapeseed oil on top. When the noodles are fully cooked in the basin and the elasticity is just right, wrap the noodles around your hands and stretch them back and forth with your hands until they are uniform in thickness. Fold them into shapes, put them in the oil pan, flip them gently with chopsticks, control the heat, and fry them into large pieces. A handful or a small handful are yellow and crispy dumplings. Zitui steamed buns, Qingming Festival originated from the Cold Food Festival, which was the day when people commemorated Jie Zitui in the past. "Zitui steamed bun", also known as old steamed bun, is similar to the helmet of an ancient military commander and weighs about 250-500 grams. Eggs or dates are stuffed inside, and there is a topping on top. The top is surrounded by veneer flowers. Mianhua is a small steamed bun made from dough, with the shapes of swallow, insect, snake, rabbit or the Four Treasures of the Study. The round "Zitui Mo" is specially for men to enjoy.
