Some old Chengdu people disdain to eat rabbits. To this end, I humbly ask an old gourmet for advice, hoping to explore the historical origin of some local food culture. Who knows that he simply spit out the two syllables of "grass gas" and came to an abrupt end. I wanted to ask what "grass breath" was, but when I saw the old man's face full of disdain, I immediately stopped talking.
At that time, I was puzzled: Is the so-called "grassy smell" that gourmets disdain to talk about an evaluation conclusion of the rabbit's "virtue and diligence" or the ultimate evaluation of my ignorance? Or the old man is tired of asking about anecdotes related to diet and suspects that my ears are highly similar to rabbits in shape; Or does the old man think that I envy others to eat free high-end banquets, and my eyes have become the same color as rabbits? I thought about it, but there was no subtext to wake up the smell of grass, so I had to say goodbye to the gourmet.
Calling myself "delicious mouth", I think twice afterwards, and it seems that I have found the meaning of "grass breath"-neither the careless breath of a fugitive nor the careless breath, but the elegant statement that I can't go to the sacred palace of food, right? I don't think it's necessary to think deeper. What the old man meant was not inferred by rabbits eating grass, was it? It doesn't make sense if it's as I guessed-at present, the rabbit's diet structure has been upgraded from WINDOWS 98 to WINDOWS XP, where can it only eat grass like its ancestors? People (sorry, no one uses anthropomorphic rhetoric like me, it seems that it should be written as "rabbit house") are eating compound feed, which contains hormones that are conducive to rapid growth. How can there be a "grass smell"? Look at those high-tech rabbits. They are fat and elegant, and they all exude commercialization of quick success and instant benefit.
Since the "organization conclusion" made by gourmets on rabbits is unconvincing, I have to inquire about the information-rabbit meat is the essence of meat, with lean meat accounting for more than 95% and white matter accounting for about 265,438+0%, and the content of various amino acids is higher than other meats. Fresh rabbit meat contains 8% fat, more phospholipids but less cholesterol, and higher calcium content. The muscle fiber containing 0.75% carbohydrate is tender, and the digestibility can reach 85%, which is higher than that of pigs, cattle and mutton. In a word, rabbit meat is an ideal meat for children, the elderly, the sick and the infirm. Moreover, rabbit meat is rich in lecithin, which can effectively inhibit platelet aggregation, protect blood vessel wall and prevent thrombosis and arteriosclerosis. Choline in lecithin can improve people's memory and prevent brain function from declining ... You see, such a baby is not liked by people. In the future, whoever wants to say anything "grass", I must "roar when the road is rough" for the rabbit!
On the night when I was complacent about rehabilitating the rabbit's "grassiness", I suddenly remembered that the next day was Teacher's Day. Well, I wander in the virtual world every day and am ridiculed by a netizen as "the delicious mouth of Chengdu". I almost forgot to visit my teacher. Every Spring Festival and Teacher's Day, I visit my junior high school math teacher. She has never stopped for 4 1 year, and she is quite proud of it.
Before 1995, Xinfan Town was the seat of county administration, where I attended primary school and junior high school. After the teacher retired, she lived in Xinfan in summer and autumn. After seeing the teacher, I accompanied her to the East Lake Park to "revisit the old place".
The origin of Xinfan East Lake, which covers an area of only 30 mu, is not small. It was dug by Li Deyu, the famous prime minister of the Tang Dynasty, and it can make people "chitose". There are only two classical humanistic gardens in China in the Tang Dynasty, and Xinfan East Lake is one of them (the other is Jiangshouju in Xinjiang County, Shanxi Province). In the fifth year of Song Renzong Tiansheng (1027), when Wang Yi, Wang Anshi's father, was appointed as the magistrate of Xinfan County, he also regarded the opening of East Lake and Tielian as auspicious, and specially wrote a long poem "Song of East Lake Ruilian" to commemorate it.
In my memory, the exquisite East Lake Park is fascinating. In order to commemorate the ancient sages, Li Huai Hall, Sanxian Hall and Sifei Temple were set up in a large area of ancient cypress and the south of the town, and the winding lotus pond water surrounded more than 20 pavilions. What fascinates me most are those couplets, which add a lot of homesickness to East Lake. I like the couplets of "Sanxiantang" best-
What is the fragrance, the fields in western Sichuan and the clear water in East Lake?
The former sages left love, Tang Feng Cui Bai and Song Yong Honglian.
I accompanied my teacher for a walk in Donghu Park, and somehow I was a little disappointed. Think of the joy of "little boy" when he climbed the wall of the old city in early spring to pick "dog's pedicle bud" (a kind of wild vegetable with heat-clearing and detoxification value), or the stubbornness of diving into the bamboo forest to catch "bamboo shoot shell worm" and "Dingding cat" (dragonfly) in midsummer? Still remember jumping into the dry lotus pond in late autumn to dig water chestnut and lotus root, or miss the refreshing fragrance of snowball fights on wintersweet in the dead of winter? It seems so, but it seems not.
The teacher saw my "three souls lost two souls" and suggested taking a walk in the street. I have always respected my teacher (but I can't re-teach, because of my inferiority). When I was about to walk out of the park, I suddenly looked back. I was very happy to see the door couplet with strong font. Lian Yue:
Enlighten civilization and borrow capital to feel.
Expand historical sites and pay tribute to the sages.
The teacher told me that this couplet was written by Chen Hongzan, the new governor in 15. I selfishly think that the county magistrate was a bookworm 80 years ago, although he had high attainments in calligraphy. Look at Hu Changqing, vice governor of Jiangxi Province. Although his position is much higher than that of Qipin county magistrate, and his handwriting is not necessarily good, how much did Hu Changqing charge for the signboard inscription of the enterprise? Is it really like the extreme sentence that someone said-"the level of official position is inversely proportional to the level of writing"?
Just out of Donghu Park, my friend joked that I could help the criminal investigators solve the case, and my nose suddenly got excited, and my eyes immediately closely cooperated with my nose for all-round scanning. Oh, the wonderful smell of salt water wafts from the opposite side of the park! My action naturally escaped the teacher's eyes, and she showed a very understanding smile: "Come on, let's buy dried salted duck."
A salted duck shop located diagonally opposite East Lake Park, its unpretentious decoration is not as gorgeous as other shops. Two rows of salted ducks are hung on clean glass windows, and from 10 meters away, you can see that their shiny bodies are yellowish brown. I know, that's because the salted duck has been smoked. Western sichuan bazi people have loved smoked meat products for generations. After several smoky experiences, the salted duck version was successfully upgraded. The original odor was replaced by the smell of smoke produced by burning cypress branches, peanut shells and wood chips, which made it taste better and have a longer shelf life. Some people even boldly speculate that the ancient Shu people have a long-standing blood relationship with the cave people in Zhoukoudian. Although I think this statement is too far-fetched, I can't produce any evidence to refute it, so I can only "stand here and record" and wait for a higher level of "delicious mouth" to verify it carefully.
I was about to appreciate the richness of salted duck again nearby, when my sight was suddenly attracted by the braised food in the corner of the glass window-silk-wrapped rabbit!
