7. Boil a pot of water. After the water boils, put the pulled noodles into the pot and cook for about 2 minutes, then take them out with a slotted spoon.
8. Wash and remove the roots of the Chinese cabbage and soybean sprouts, blanch them in boiling water for about 20 seconds, place them on the noodles, sprinkle with chopped green onion and minced garlic, top with light soy sauce and vinegar, sprinkle with salt, and top with chili peppers.
Heat rapeseed oil in a hot pan, pour in the cooked oil in two batches, mix while hot, and serve.
