1. Wash tofu, and remove the pedicels of pepper, leek and ginger.
2. Cut the tofu into pieces.
3. Add the right amount of oil and fry the tofu in medium heat until golden brown for two years. Spare.
4. Shred onion, ginger and green pepper for later use.
5. Add another oil pan, stir-fry leeks and ginger, pour tofu into the pan, add salt, soy sauce and cooking wine and cook for two minutes. Finally, add green pepper and stir fry, add chicken essence to taste, and take out the pot.
