Shehuo, also known as "temple fair" in the old days, is very popular in Zhentou Township and several Linxiang areas in Fengcheng City. There is a record in "Zhentou Township Chronicles": Shehuo, a traditional festival that has been passed down for many years, is held once a year in almost 90% of villages, and it lasts for one day at most.

The "Shehuo" festival is generally arranged in August and October of the lunar calendar every year, and each village has its own fixed days. Whenever the "Shehuo" comes, the villagers will carry the "Bodhisattva in the temple" out to each village, either to receive wishes from the sick or to be worshiped by people.
