Sauté ed cabbage with shrimp sauce
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage 160g, shrimp sauce 100g, appropriate amount of shrimp oil and appropriate amount of onion.
Steps:
1. Slice the cabbage core horizontally, and cut the onion into small pieces for later use (shredded cabbage will be more delicious).
2. Put the shrimp oil into the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant (it is best to add the chopped green onion after the oil is boiled).
3. Add appropriate amount of shrimp paste and stir fry.
4. Add the cabbage core and stir fry.
When the cabbage is soft and rotten, you can eat it out of the pot.
Tips:
1, shrimp paste. There is enough salt, so there is no need to add salt.
2. Rotten cabbage contains toxins such as nitrite, which will cause severe hypoxia and even life-threatening after eating. Therefore, attention should be paid to avoid promoting rotten cabbage when purchasing cabbage.
3. Boiling, scalding, juicing and other methods should not be used when cooking, so as to avoid a large loss of nutrients in Chinese cabbage.
4. Chinese cabbage should not be blanched in boiling water for too long, preferably 20 ~ 30 seconds, otherwise it will be too soft and rotten to taste.
