Practice:
1. Wash the steak with boiling water, then put it in a pressure cooker with ginger slices, wine, star anise and fragrant leaves, and aerate for 2 minutes.
2. Sit in a pan, saute ginger and garlic in oil, stir-fry the pressed steak, add sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, crushed bean curd and juice from the pressed steak
3. Turn to medium heat and stew for a while, then collect the juice and take off the pan.
