Night sweats are mainly caused by yin deficiency and internal heat. People with yin deficiency have internal heat, which will force body fluids to be discharged, so people will sweat. Spontaneous sweating refers to sweating during light activities during the day. People who spontaneously sweat are generally accompanied by symptoms such as intolerance to cold, susceptibility to colds, chills, shortness of breath, fatigue and laziness. Spontaneous sweating is mainly caused by qi deficiency, and its clinical manifestations are sweating, aversion to wind, aggravated exercise, mental fatigue, lack of qi and laziness in speaking, pale face, pale tongue with thin white fur, weak pulse and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the prevention and treatment of hyperhidrosis should start with invigorating qi and nourishing yin and regulating yin and yang.

1. Jujube and black beans with Astragalus membranaceus, nourishing qi and blood to treat hyperhidrosis.

As we know, jujube has a good effect of invigorating qi and nourishing blood, and it is one of the most commonly used foods and medicinal materials. Jujube can strengthen the stomach and is rich in protein, fat, sugar, carotene, various vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron, adenosine cyclophosphate and other nutrients.
