Step 12: Open the lid of the pot and turn off the heat when the soup becomes very thick.
Step 13: Pick out the shrimps and start arranging them.
The soup in the pot, the spices in the pot, throw away the remaining soup, pour it on top of the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Note: When buying shrimps, be sure to pick out the shrimp threads.
