1. Ying 'en Gate Tower (Xicheng Tower) Protected Area: Key Protection < p Take the tower center as the center of the circle, within a radius of 51 meters as the absolute protected area, and open squares in the area for greening, and it is strictly forbidden to set up any buildings; The radius of 51 ~ 81 meters is a landscape protection area, and buildings with a height of less than 12 meters are allowed to be built; The radius of 81 ~ 151 meters is an environmental protection zone, and no new high-rise buildings are allowed.

2. Keyuan Reserve: Keyuan itself is an absolute reserve, and the buildings and scenery (including trees) in Keyuan cannot be changed; The landscape protection area covers Xiaguan Road in the north, 14 meters outside the east wall of Keyuan in the east and viaduct in the south. The original pond should be protected. Trees shall be planted and afforested within 1.4 meters outside the east wall of Keyuan Park, and no buildings or structures shall be built. No buildings shall be built within the range from Keyuan to viaduct, and the viaduct shall be vertically afforested and beautified. It is an environmental protection zone in the west to Shanzhou River and its tributaries in the south of the Yangtze River, in the north to Daxi Road and Zhenhua Road, in the east to Yunhe West Road, and in the south to the viaduct. No new high-rise buildings are allowed.

3. Jin Ao Zhouta Reserve: Take Jin Ao Zhouta as the center and control 311 meters around it as the landscape reserve. Only four-story buildings can be built on the west side of the river embankment road in the protected area; No buildings and structures shall be set outside the river embankment road, mainly for greening, and temporary tour service facilities may be set up. It is an environmental protection zone within 811 meters around it, and no new high-rise building is allowed. Attention should be paid to the exposure of the tower outline in all sections of the building, so that the Jin Ao Tower can show its control position in the largest possible scope.

4. Tongde Street Characteristic Residential Reserve: No.11, 12, 15 and 18 of Tongde Street Lane 5 and No.23 and 25 of Xinfen Road, forming a characteristic residential group. The planning considers turning it into a folk museum and delimiting it as a protected area. It can be repaired as it is, and the surrounding rebuilt or newly built buildings should be coordinated with it. Focus on protecting blocks. It is planned to set the whole blocks of Daxi Road and Zhongxing Road as landscape protection areas, with better quality in the area, such as No.3-6, No.34 and No.36 Daxi Road; No.24, No.28, No.31, No.32 and No.38 of Zhongxing Road need absolute protection.
