Steps
1. Peel the eggplant
2. Cut into strips and soak in water
3. Remove the leaves from celery, wash and cut into sections
4. Take out the cut strips, drain them and put them in Stir-fry in the pot until soft (do not put oil in the pot)
5. Stir-fry the eggplant until soft, add oil and continue to stir-fry until the eggplant becomes soft and turns golden in color
6. Add celery and stir-fry for 30 seconds
7. Then add minced garlic and green onion and pour in light soy sauce
8. Plate and start cooking!
