Baoji has Baoji University of Arts and Science, Baoji Vocational and Technical College, Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Baoji Sanhe Vocational College and Baoji Zhongbei Vocational College.
Location context
Baoji is located at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and Sichuan provinces (regions), in the center of xi, Lanzhou, Yinchuan and Chengdu, between east longitude10618' ~10803' and north latitude 33 35' ~ 35 06. Longhai Railway, baoji-chengdu railway Railway and Baozhong Railway meet here, which is the third cross hub on China's Eurasian Continental Bridge.
It is adjacent to Xianyang and Yangling demonstration areas in the east, Hanzhong in the south and Tianshui and Pingliang in Gansu in the northwest. Nanping in Qinling Mountains, the middle reaches of Weishui River, the northwest of Guanlong River, and the Woye Plain in the north of Weibei River. East-west length 156.6 km, north-south width 160.6 km, total area1817 km2, of which the urban area is 3,625 km2.
