The west bank is a brilliant scenic spot and belongs to Foshan. Gaoming District of Foshan City is located in the middle of Guangdong Province, on the west wing of the Pearl River Delta. It governs one street and three towns, with a total area of 960 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000. Gaoming District faces Nanhai District and Sanshui District across the Xijiang River in the northeast, Heshan City in the south, emerging cities in the southwest and Gaoyao City in the northwest.
