Representatives: Yangchun Noodles, Shanghai Big Wonton, Shrimp Wonton, rice rolls, etc. The midwest is mainly spicy and delicious, which can keep out the cold. Such as Chongqing Xiaomian, Wuhan Regan Noodles, Henan Huimian Noodles, Lanzhou Lamian Noodles, Henan Hulatang, etc. I ate Hu spicy soup in Xi 'an. In fact, all kinds of vegetables were diced, boiled into a paste, and then a handful of peppers were put in, which made me sweat.
