I was lucky enough to eat at a relative's house once, and I was amazed at
dried flat shredded pork, roasted chicken leg rice, garlic-flavored butter chicken legs, and garlic-flavored chicken wings
1. Cut the chicken wings in the middle and add minced garlic, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little sugar, and a little soy sauce.
2. fry in hot oil until both sides are golden and cooked, then add chopped green onion, green pepper and sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Chicken leg with garlic butter:
1. Boned chicken leg, put onion, ginger and garlic slices, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, and marinate for one hour;
2. Wrap the chicken leg with starch, fry it in hot oil until both sides are golden, and cook it with butter, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of honey.
Stir well with low fire, then add the chicken leg and stir well, cut into pieces and serve.
Third, cook the chicken leg rice as usual:
1. Remove the bones from the chicken leg, wash it, add a spoonful of minced garlic, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of salt and a little black pepper, and marinate it evenly for 3 minutes;
2. Two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce and one spoonful of honey, add half a bowl of clear water and stir well. Put the chicken leg in hot oil and fry it with the chicken skin facing down until it is set and golden on both sides. Then pour in the sauce, simmer and collect the juice, take it out of the pot, and cut it into pieces and serve.
4. Dried flat shredded pork:
1. Shred lean meat and marinate it with seasoning (in copywriting). Prepare ingredients, fry them in a hot pan until golden brown. Stir-fry the fragrant ingredients (minced garlic, Jiang Mo, dried pepper and pepper) into shredded pork, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil, add some white sesame seeds and stir-fry coriander evenly.
