The simplest way to soak chicken feet is to trim the purchased chicken feet, um, chop them into small pieces.
Then, blanch it in boiling water for two minutes. Add some onions, ginger and garlic to remove the smell, then take it out and set aside.
Also, use pickled peppers and vinegar.
Then marinate the chicken feet until they are covered, and then seal the jar tightly.
