Or Leshan cuisine, a kind of soup pot, which mainly consists of beef and beef offal. Some shops sell it bowl by bowl, while others sell it in the form of clear soup and hot pot. The soup is very delicious and not spicy at all, but local people should dip it in a Chili dish when eating it. You don't need a Chili dish if you don't eat spicy food.
