Being treated as air, Zhong Hui was always bored, so he decided to leave painfully. At this time, Ji Kang finally calmly popped up ten words: "What did you hear and see?" Zhong Hui is not a music lover, so he replied awkwardly, "I heard what I heard, saw what I saw and left."

There are far more legends about Ji Kang in the Jianghu. "Book of Jin" recorded such a bizarre story: Ji Kang traveled up the mountain and forgot to go home for a while. When it was getting dark, a farmer who came back from chopping wood happened to bump into Ji Kang. The farmer has never seen the world, so it is inevitable to be nervous to stand in front of such an extraordinary cool brother without saying a word. In this stalemate, the farmer finally bowed down, kowtowing like garlic, muttering, frightened and pious. It seems that the poor farmer regarded the calm Ji Kang as a fairy.

However, cool is not the exclusive right of rock youth. Ji Kang was accompanied by another man, Ruan Ji, who was also an out-and-out master of calmness. This Ruan Ji has a unique stunt, that is, "his eyes show white light." No matter who he meets in the street, he always rolls his eyes coldly. Shi Shuo Xin Yu recorded such a story: Ruan Ji's home is opposite a restaurant, and the owner of the restaurant is a charming woman. Therefore, Ruan Ji likes to sell two glasses of wine there when he has something to do. Every time he gets drunk, he will lie next to his master. After a while, there was a rumor, which was known by the woman's husband. It is inevitable that lonely men and few women live in the same room. Unexpectedly, the man heard that Ruan Ji was sleeping soundly next to his wife, so he ignored it and said, "Ruan Ji is a cool brother. I don't think he would do such a foolish thing. "

Of course, if you pretend to be cool for a while, then you will be cool all your life, and that is really cool. Ruan Ji is a cool person at heart. Shi Shuo Xin Yu also recorded a story: Ruan Ji played chess with his chess friends one day, and it happened that his mother died. When the chess player heard that the messenger came to report, he was surprised and anxious. He said, "Dear brother, please go home quickly and do the funeral for the old man." Unexpectedly, Ruan Ji stopped and said calmly, "This chess game is not over yet. What is there to panic about? " Cool to this point, the chess friends suddenly speechless ("(Ruan Ji) mother eventually, is playing with people, want to stop, stay and gamble" "Shi Shuo Xin Yu").

However, the coolest person in the Three Kingdoms period was not Ji Kang and Ruan Ji, but a hermit named Sun Deng (the same name as the Prince of Soochow). Comrade Sun Deng is a vegetarian, so he has no wife. This man "doesn't take the usual road". Others try their best to "live in a humble abode" in the city center, but he digs a hole in Beishan alone.
