The most memorable food in Maanshan is pocket duck, flat fish and dry white bridge tea.
Pocket duck: A traditional dish in Maanshan, which is made of old duck and tender pork belly with more than ten kinds of precious medicinal materials, such as angelica, codonopsis pilosula, adenophora adenophora and medlar. It is rich in nutrition, pure in taste and suitable for all seasons.
