Zhengding eight bowls mainly include: four meats and four vegetarian dishes. The four kinds of meat are mainly pork, and the four bowls of meat are carefully selected, such as front rib, middle rib, rear hip and elbow. The meat used in these four bowls of meat is different. Each bowl of meat has a name called elbow, crispy pork floss, braised pork and square meat. These four ingredients are generally radish, kelp, vermicelli and tofu.
