Oyster Sauce Tofu
Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
Method: 1) Prepare materials.
2) Cut the tofu into uniform pieces.
3) Wash the green and red peppers, remove the stems and cut into small pieces.
4) Heat oil in a pan, add green and red peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, set aside.
5) Leave a little base oil and pour in the tofu cubes.
6) Add appropriate amount of cold water.
7) Fry the tofu over slow heat until medium rare.
8) Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir until the tofu is evenly colored.
9) Finally, pour in the green and red peppercorns, stir and serve.
Chopped pepper potato slices
Ingredients: 300g potatoes, appropriate amount of chopped pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of lard.
Method:
1) One potato, washed and peeled.
2) Use tools to cut into slices. (Cut directly into the water)
3) Control the moisture.
4) Heat the lard in the pot, add the potato slices and stir-fry.
5) Add a spoonful of chopped pepper.
6) Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
7) Add a little water to boil, then remove from the pot and sprinkle with chives.
Garlic pumpkin
Ingredients: 400g pumpkin, 15g minced garlic, 8g salt, 60g water, 15g salad oil, 3g chopped green onion.
Method:
1) Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
2) Crush half of the garlic cloves, peel and cut into pieces.
3) Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant, don’t over-fry it until it becomes burnt.
4) Pour pumpkin into the pot and stir-fry.
5) The pumpkin contains little water, continue to stir-fry until it is tender and then add salt.
6) After stir-frying the salt, add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while until the pumpkin is soft and rotten. Sprinkle with chopped green onion when serving.
Steamed eggs
Ingredients: 1 egg, 60g warm water, 1 spoon lard, 2g salt, 10g green onions, 1 spoon light soy sauce.
Method:
1) Beat eggs + a little salt.
2) Add appropriate amount of water and mix evenly.
3) Add appropriate amount of clear water, quickly melt lard, mix well and mix with water.
4) Stir all the ingredients evenly and pour them into the steaming bowl.
5) Place the steaming bowl into the egg steamer, plug it in and start steaming.
6) Steam it for about 6 minutes and take it out.
7) Chop the green onions and season with a little light soy sauce.
8) Pour the seasoning onto the steamed eggs.
