Method: 1) Prepare materials.

2) Cut the tofu into uniform pieces.

Method:

1) One potato, washed and peeled.

Ingredients: 400g pumpkin, 15g minced garlic, 8g salt, 60g water, 15g salad oil, 3g chopped green onion.

Method:

1) Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.

Method:

1) Beat eggs + a little salt.

3) Add appropriate amount of clear water, quickly melt lard, mix well and mix with water.

4) Stir all the ingredients evenly and pour them into the steaming bowl.

5) Place the steaming bowl into the egg steamer, plug it in and start steaming.

6) Steam it for about 6 minutes and take it out.
