1. Basic situation

(2) The basic medical supporting facilities of the Hardware Construction Center have been greatly improved. (3) Basic Medical Care and Revenue and Expenditure Starting from January 1, 2010, all medicines in our center will be sold with zero margin. To continue to promote public hospital counterpart support for community health work, our center has signed a counterpart support agreement with Hefei First People's Hospital. Implementation of zero margin ratio at service stations: Our center carried out "zero margin margin" supervision and guidance work on 6 service stations in the jurisdiction on April 25 and May 24 respectively. Judging from the inspection, the overall situation is good, but there are still the following problems:
1. The basic drugs in the prescriptions of all service stations are not issued and kept separately from the optional drugs 2. The price of provincial supplementary drugs purchased by Xinghua Service Station is higher than the provincial bidding purchase price, and the proportion of the total amount of self-selected drugs in the total drug purchase is ≥104. 3. Difficulties 1. Since the center has a large population and each staff member holds multiple positions, the center’s health record creation rate, chronic disease and elderly management rate need to be improved.
2. Child health care work has been declining, work tasks are becoming more and more arduous, and staffing cannot meet work needs.
3. The center is still far from meeting the assessment indicators in establishing a "National Demonstration Community Health Service Center", and various tasks need to be further improved.

By establishing a counterpart support mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine, opening a traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation ward, introducing hospital technology, personnel and management experience integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine, strengthening the capacity building of community traditional Chinese medicine services, and giving full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in community health services advantages and functions.
