Snacks in my hometown

My hometown is Chaozhou, perhaps because I have lived here for a short time, so I am greedy for snacks here.

Chaozhou's delicious snacks are really inexhaustible. There are leek, cabbage, oyster omelet, braised chicken and duck, fried dried bean curd, pickled vegetables, dried radish … and many other delicious foods. Here, I am most impressed and like pickles and fried dried beans.

pickles are available in almost every household. Chaozhou people drinks porridge every morning, but unlike Guangzhou people, it is just a simple rice congee. Drinking rice congee alone is too light, so be sure to have something to eat. This is, there is a beautiful dish of pickles on the dining table in chaozhou people. Perhaps it is influenced by the regional culture. As soon as I return to my hometown, I like to go to roadside stalls to eat bread sticks (a kind of Chaozhou-specific powder). But there are various roadside stalls in Chaozhou, and of course there is my favorite fried dried bean curd in Puning. According to us, it is. The real flavor of roadside stalls! Yes, sitting on a roadside stall, serving a dish of golden dried beancurd, and biting it gently while it is hot, you can see the white tofu inside, which is slippery. Dried bean curd is a typical crispy outside and slippery inside. It tastes so good that you want to swallow your tongue! Many people will be afraid of dirty roadside stalls, but this fried dried bean curd is true and false at first sight. It is not like stinky tofu that fried dried bean curd to the point where it can't taste, but it just smells bad. Fried dried beancurd, it can taste very fragrant beancurd, which makes people enchanted and released.
