Steps
1. Soak pork ribs in clean water
2. Prepare white sesame seeds, ginger, chopped green onion and sweet and sour chili sauce
3. Add salt, chili sauce, ginger and cornstarch to the pork and marinate for 4 hours
4. Add 3 cups of sweet and sour water to the sweet and sour chili sauce and mix well and set aside
5. Pour oil into the pot
