Ingredients: frog1000g, ginger 500g, millet spicy 250g, red pepper 250g, bean paste, salt, half a spoonful of sesame oil, a little cooking wine, pepper, aniseed, ginger, garlic and pickled pepper.
1. After killing frogs in the market, bring them back and wash them with water twice. After draining, add a little salt to remove blood. Ginger, millet, and red pepper are all shredded.
2. Pour as much oil as possible into the pot.
3. Heat the oil pan to 80% heat. Put the frog in. After two or three minutes, there will be a lot of water flowing out. When the frog turns yellow and the water becomes less, fish it out for later use.
After the frog passes through the oil pan, there will be a lot of juice mixed with water and oil. Continue to burn until the water is dry, add at least a little fresh oil, and continue to burn until it is 80% cooked. Prepare seasoning bowls and cooking wine before.
5. Finally, add shredded ginger, millet spicy and shredded red pepper in turn, stir-fry for a while, then add water or beer to cook it a little, collect the juice, and add a little salt and chicken essence after taking out.
