Taiwan Province in summer vacation

My mother and I went to Taiwan Province in summer vacation. During my stay in Taiwan Province these days, I feel that Taiwan Province is really a treasure island, surrounded by the sea. To the east of the island is the Pacific Ocean, the largest ocean in the world, to the west is the Taiwan Province Strait and to the north is the East China Sea. The scenery on the island is very beautiful, but I think the most beautiful place is Sun Moon Lake.

Sun Moon Lake is one of the most famous natural scenic spots in Taiwan Province. It is located in the mountains of Nantou County, Taiwan Province, and lies on the peak between Alishan and Yushan Mountain. As soon as I arrived at Sun Moon Lake, I was attracted by its clear water. Mother also said: "The clean lake water can be directly used as pure water to drink". The tour guide said that a few months ago, a mainland tourist saw that the lake was so clean, so he ignored the advice and jumped into the pool to swim. As a result, he was fined a lot of money and was exposed by TV stations, which was very shameful. Because Taiwan Province people are very conscious of caring for the environment, the water in Sun Moon Lake is even more sacred in their minds, and there is no room for any pollution. The tour guide said that there was an island in the pool called Guanghua Island and Yalu Island. Later, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression won the recovery of Taiwan, also known as Guangfu Island. What about Yalu Island? That's what the local natives call it. Wait for us to take a look by boat, dizzy! The island with such a beautiful name is actually a pocket island. The area is only as big as three or four classrooms in our school, and it is enough to walk around the island for two or three minutes. I said to my mother, "God, this is also called an island. I think it's more like a mound." But the tour guide said that although Guanghua Island is small, Sun Moon Lake is divided into two halves by Guanghua Island, and on the left is Moon Lake, which looks like a new moon. On the right is Ritan, which looks like the sun.

The tour guide said that the beauty of Sun Moon Lake is in a 761m high mountain lake. Surrounded by green hills, mountains are stacked, there are many trees, mountains and rivers are the same color, the environment is elegant and the scenery is beautiful. The four seasons are sunny and rainy, and the scenery is endless. In order to enjoy the beautiful scenery, my mother and I climbed to the top of Sun Moon Lake in the scorching sun. Looking down at the summit, it is really picturesque, and the lake is like a huge jasper plate. There is also a Wenwu Temple on the mountain. There are Wenchang Jun and Guan Gong on the left and right, and Confucius in the middle. They look after Sun Moon Lake every day. They are really happy. What I am most interested in is the sculpture of the 12 Zodiac in front of the temple, each of which is so lifelike. My mother and I excitedly found our animal sign, and then sat on it and made faces. We had a good time.
