Historical evolution

Zhangdian was called Huang Sang Store in ancient times. In the Song Dynasty, there was a Zhang's shop owner in Huang Sang, who was famous for his large family, many rooms and prosperous business. Later, the name of Huang Sang Store was gradually replaced by Zhangjiadian. To the Yuan Dynasty, it was called Zhangdian.

In June p>1946, when Zhangdian was liberated for the first time, Zhangdian District was established, which belonged to Zibo Special Zone. In March 1947, Zhangdian was liberated for the second time, and Zhangdian City was established, which was under the Bohai Administrative Office. In March 1948, Zhangdian was liberated for the third time and rebuilt Zhangdian City. In May 195, Zhangdian City was abolished and merged into Huantai County. In November of the same year, Zhangzhou City was established, and Zhangdian was designated as the second district of Zhangzhou City. In 1955, Zibo was changed to Zibo, and Zhangzhou was abolished, and Zhangdian District was established.

On January 24th, 1992, baoxiangshan was abolished and Sibaoshan Town was established; Cancel Shiqiao Township and set up stonebridge. On December 12, 1992, Fujia Town was established.
