Practice 1:
1. Break the prepared pig bonzi bone, put it in water and boil it, then take out the blood.
2. Take it out and cook it in fresh water. Add ginger, onion, garlic, geranium and star anise at the same time. Start cooking with a big fire.
3. After boiling, change to medium heat, add cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, coriander, mushrooms and yam, and then cook.
4. After cooking everything, change to low heat. The bottom material is ready, it smells good, and the bone soup is also very nutritious.
Now you can rinse anything you want. If you like spicy food, you can add some small peppers.
Practice 2:
1. Wash soybeans and soak them in clear water for 3 hours.
2. Wash and chop the ribs, and marinate them with proper amount of salt and a little rice wine for later use;
3. Wash the medlar and take the leaves for later use;
4. Boil the pot, add soybeans, ginger slices, ribs and water soaked in soybeans, and cook for half an hour on medium heat until the soybeans are soft, then add medlar, season with salt and fish sauce, and cook on medium heat until the medlar is cooked.
Practice 3:
1, wash the ribs in cold water, boil them and skim off the blood foam.
2. Wash the mushrooms with a cutting knife, cut off the corn, cut off the onion, and slice the ginger.
