The method of making meat floss is as follows:
1. Wash the lean meat, remove the fascia, and cut into small pieces.
2. Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the lean meat in cold water and bring to a boil.
3. Skim off the loose ends.
4. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, green onion segments, star anise and cinnamon and cook for 30 minutes.

9. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Turn the meat from time to time to allow the shredded meat to heat evenly.
