One kind of strange is sweet foam, but the taste is not sweet. Sweet foam is a kind of salty porridge. After the porridge is ready, the shopkeeper will ask "what else", which means adding accessories such as vermicelli, vegetables and shredded tofu. Later, people homophone it as "sweet foam", so the taste of sweet foam is salty, not sweet. Tea soup is not tea, rice is better than tea. Sweet foam is not sweet, but it is sweet after reading five flavors. Quancheng Erguai is a must-eat food in Jinan.
One of the sources of sweet foam
In the early Ming Dynasty (the 19th year of Yongle), after Judy moved to Beijing, Guanglu Temple was turned into a place of worship. In order to pray for the country, Guanglu Temple developed a kind of porridge with millet as raw material and named it tea soup. When offering sacrifices to heaven, give each civil and military official a bowl, fearing heaven.
1457 (the first year of Tianshun in Ming Dynasty), King De was the second son of Yingzong. In order to take care of his second son, Yingzong ordered Guanglu Temple to spread this dietary skill to Dewang Mi in Jinan. De Wang Fu had a good personal relationship with Fu Qin, and the skill of tea soup spread to Fu Qin, where he improved it into Shandong tea. On the basis of tea soup, using your family's food culture, adding ginger and pepper to millet flour evolved into spicy millet porridge, which is called sweet foam. Neighbors heard that there are two kinds of strange foods in Fu Qin, one is tea soup instead of tea, and the other is sweet foam instead of sweet. As a result, the "two eccentrics in the spring city" began to spread.
The second source of sweet foam
In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, after years of war, a large number of refugees poured into Jinan. There is a small porridge shop called Tian, which often does not eat porridge to solve the problem. The victim told each other that more people came to the porridge shop to drink porridge to save people. It is difficult for porridge shops to satisfy the public, so a lot of vegetable leaves and salty and spicy seasonings are added to porridge. Whenever the victims put porridge into a bowl, they will see the foam in the cauldron where porridge is cooked. They affectionately call it "Mo Tian", which is the porridge given by boss Tian. Sometimes a scholar in distress who comes from other places to prepare for the exam also comes here to drink porridge. The food is very sweet, and he thinks the "sweet bubble" is real.
Later, when the scholar became an official after gaining fame, he made a special trip to the economy to drink sweet bubbles again. When asked about the reason, the boss replied that it actually means "Mo Tian", the porridge of Tian. The official suddenly realized that the handwriting mistake was caused by listening to the sound, so he wrote a "fragrant foam" plaque and recited a poem: "Tian Mo mistakenly made incense because of the original history; After reading the vicissitudes of life, I am willing to work hard. " From then on, this kind of salty porridge was called "sweet foam". It seems that only by visiting its territory and drinking this delicious salty porridge can you feel the origin of the sweet bubble!
The third source of sweet foam
Regarding the origin of "sweet foam", there is a saying that can best justify itself: it was not called "sweet foam" at first, but called "adding shredded rice noodles, vegetables, peanuts and seasonings"-porridge is delicious after it is cooked! "Tim Moore" spread. Later, people became "fragrant foam" according to its homophonic elegance.
