Wash fresh green radish, cut onion and ginger into powder, and shred radish.
Boil a pot of hot water in the pot, blanch the shredded radish and remove the spicy taste of the radish. Take it out to dry, cut it into fine powder, add some salt and marinate for a while.
Add two eggs and paste jiaozi with some flour.
Slowly fry over medium heat until golden brown, and take out.
