On Saturday of this week, my mother and I went to Tongnan’s famous attraction: the Big Buddha Temple.
The Great Buddha Temple is located in the northwest suburbs of Tongnan, near the mountains of Dingming and the Fujiang River. This ancient temple with outstanding people was built in the second year of Xiantong in the Tang Dynasty, that is, 816 AD, and was originally named Nanchan Temple.
Looking at the Great Buddhist Temple from a distance, the girl who has not yet left the pavilion can occasionally see a few red bricks and green tiles in the green mountains and green waters.
When I come here, I just feel that the green mountains are like screens and the cliffs are like cut. It is pleasant to look at the mountains and pleasant to listen to the water. The pavilions and pavilions are reflected in them. The environment is elegant, the architecture is exquisite, and the layout is ingenious. Put your hands together and enter the temple. Climb up and look far away.
Endless elegance.
My mother and I were deeply attracted by this endless beauty.
We picked up the pace even more.
Unknowingly, we came to the famous phonographic stone - Haichaoyin.
Mom said that if you put your ear to the sound of the waves, you will hear the roar of the waves.
I did what my mother said, and sure enough I heard the roar of waves coming from deep inside the rock wall, like thunder!
We continued walking forward and came to the "Seven Steps of Playing the Qin".
The so-called "Qin" is actually composed of 42 wide stone steps, just like 42 strings.
Climbing up the steps, you will hear the sound of "dong dong dong" from the piano under your feet.
What’s even more interesting is that the seventh-order sound is as loud as a bell, with crisp echoes.
I don’t know how long it took, but I finally arrived in front of the Golden Buddha.
We walked into the gate and saw a golden seated Buddha statue, covered with gold and shining with golden light.
The Buddha is 27 meters high, with a solemn shape, bright eyes and powerful momentum!
Before I knew it, it was getting late.
