China Food Culture Research was published by Zhao Rongguang and Oriental Food Publishing House in 2003. Author's brief introduction Zhao Rongguang, male, born in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province on August 1948+04. His ancestral home is Licheng, Shandong (now Jinan). He graduated from the Chinese Department of Qiqihar University and the History Department of Harbin Normal University. He is currently the director of China Institute of Food Culture of Zhejiang Gongshang University and a professor of Tourism Management College.
